Dr Aurora uses a variety of techniques in her practice, including Diversified and instrument adjusting. She incorporates soft tissue and manual therapy techniques to release the muscles and fascia. Adjustments are more effective when both the joint restrictions and the soft tissue restrictions are addressed. She treats any aches and pains, not just the neck and back but also the extremeties like wrists and feet. Conditions treated include, but are not limited to, repetitive use injuries, postural issues, back, neck, shoulder pain, plantar fasciitis and tennis elbow. She also provides nutritional and lifestyle support and is currently pursuing certifications in nutrition and functional medicine. She got her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from National University of Health Sciences and got her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
